From Idea toInvestor-Ready Product
We help founders build real products — not prototypes. Technical co-founding, fractional CTO leadership, and full-stack MVP development that gets you to market and through due diligence.
Technical Support at Every Startup Stage
Idea to Validated MVP
We take your concept through user story mapping, technical scoping, and a focused 8–12 week build to get a testable product in front of real users — not a slide deck.
Tech Stack Selection
No vendor lock-in, no over-engineering. We recommend the right stack for your stage: lean for validation, scalable for growth, defensible for Series A due diligence.
Investor-Ready Architecture
We build with Series A in mind — clean codebase, documented architecture, sensible testing, and infrastructure that won't terrify a technical investor during diligence.

Startup Support FAQ
What does 'idea to MVP' actually mean with Koca Ventures?
It means we start from your business idea — not a technical spec — and work backwards to a minimal product that proves your core hypothesis with real users. This typically involves 2 weeks of scoping, 8–12 weeks of build, and a production deployment with monitoring from day one.
What is a Fractional CTO and when do I need one?
A Fractional CTO is a senior technical leader who works with your company part-time rather than full-time. You need one when you have a technical product but lack the experience to hire engineers, choose a tech stack, talk to investors, or make architectural decisions confidently.
How do you choose the right tech stack for a startup?
We choose based on three factors: your team's existing skills, your expected scale in 18 months, and the talent market for hiring. We avoid exotic choices that look impressive but make hiring difficult, and we avoid over-engineering before product-market fit.
Will investors be put off by the tech decisions you make?
We build with investor scrutiny in mind — clean version-controlled code, documented architecture decisions, reasonable test coverage, and infrastructure that can scale. We've seen too many startups fail technical due diligence on avoidable issues.
Can you take over a startup that already has a codebase?
Yes. We regularly inherit early-stage codebases for refactoring, team augmentation, or technical leadership. We start with a technical audit to understand what's there and what needs to change before growth.
